The Patent Registered FoodCare® Processing Aids are designed to Extend Shelf Life. All the ingredients we use are European Union and FDA food approved, GRAS status, label friendly acidulants, protecting the original taste, colour and texture of your food products and designed to prevent Gram+ and Gram- bacteria, yeast and mold contamination.

FoodCare® FCAV minimises the accumulation of Acrylamide build-up which occurs during roasting, par-frying and baking applications at temperatures up to 200°C.
