FoodCare®  FVS-AM is an effective "General Purpose Cleaner and  Descaler" formulated using a blend of European Union and FDA Food Approved, GRAS status, acidulants which are synergistically blended to inhibit Gram+ and Gram- bacteria, yeast and mold. The product capability is multi purpose with excellent descaling properties against "Milk Stone" Fats and Protein deposits and is extremely effective when applied to floors, walls, ceramic surfaces, production machinery, CIP with high organic/biofilm loadings.
